Turkeys Growing

In the middle of March we picked up fifteen Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys. They are getting bigger every day and are so adorable!

When they first hatched, they were so tiny and fluffy. They have the funniest looking heads with all those little bumps on them. But they’re still cute in their own way!

If you spend a few minutes watching them you’ll see them peck around and flap their wings. They’re so curious and always seem to be up to something.

It’ll be exciting to see what they look like when they’re all grown up. I can’t even imagine what it will be like having a bunch of full grown turkeys running around the farm! I also can’t wait to try some of the meat - I bet it’ll taste really good.
